Melt away muscle pain with a relaxing massage!
Melt away muscle pain with a relaxing massage!
OPEN 9:30AM - 8:30PM, 7 DAYS A WEEK

Swedish massage is one of the most common types of body massage. Your therapist applies long, kneading strokes on superficial muscles of your body in the direction towards the heart. It is designed to relax the entire body, relieve muscle tension, reduce stress and improve blood circulation.

Deep Tissue massage is another popular type of body massage. Your therapist applies slow strokes and firm pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It is designed to break up muscle knots, relieve muscle tension and improve blood flow and mobility.

Therapeutic massage is a targeted treatment designed to relieve muscle tension, ease aches and pains, and improve mobility. Your therapist uses focused pressure and specific massage techniques to relax tight muscles, improve circulation, increase flexibility and range of motion, and support muscle performance. It can also help reduce stress, promote relaxation and support recovery from a variety of injuries.

Focusing on only head and neck areas of the body, your therapist applies gentle and noninvasive massage techniques on the bones and muscles of the scalp. It is designed to reduce overall stress level, decrease the chance of migraine and tension headaches. Promote better sleep and deep relaxation.

Foot Reflexology is a therapy where pressure is applied to specific points on the feet. These points are believed to connect to different organs, muscles and systems in your body. Your therapist uses thumbs and fingers to press, rub and hold to stimulate these reflex points. It is designed to improve overall balance and energy flow.

Combine body massage techniques with targeted reflexology on the feet for an overall relief. A Combo Massage helps by working on your body at multiple levels at the same time. Body massage releases muscle tension and improves mobility, while foot reflexology promotes internal balance and encourages better energy flow.

Facial massage is a soothing treatment that focuses on the muscles, pressure points and tissues of the face, shoulders and neck. Your therapist uses gentle, targeted strokes and circular movements to release facial tension, reduce puffiness, improve circulation and promote smooth, firm and healthy-looking skin.

Couples massage is a shared experience designed for two people to receive massage in the same treatment room, at the same time. We have special treatment rooms that are set up with two massage tables so each client can enjoy massage at the same time next to each other by two different therapists.

Enhance your body massage with Cupping Therapy. Apply suction cups on the body to stimulate muscles and skin. Cupping creates gentle suction which loosens and lifts up skin and connective tissues. It helps to increase blood and lymph flow to the skin and muscles.
Benefit of Cupping Therapy:

Aromatherapy is popular with Swedish massage. Apply essential oils extracted from natural plants to deeply relax the body and the mind.
Benefit of Aromatherapy:

Hot Stones are typically added to Swedish massage. Apply Hot Stones on upper and lower back to relieve muscle stiffness.
Benefit of Hot Stones:

Apply plant-based CBD pain relief oil to target areas of the body to help loosen muscles, reduce inflammation and relieve pain. The lightweight oil absorbs easily into the skin while providing moisturizing benefits.

Enjoy up to 15 minutes of gentle and moist steam at a constant temperature about 104°F (40°C). The comfortable warmth around your eyes will help to relieve and relax your strained eyes, ease away tensions and sooth your stressful moods. Add warming eye mask to a head massage session for a deeper relaxation. Choose from rose, lavender or citrus scents for additional aromatherapy benefits.
Add hot stones and heating pad therapy for free. (Hot stones and heating pad therapy count towards the time of service.)
Focus on head and neck areas only.
Because 2 therapists are needed at the same time for couples massage, pre-scheduling is required. Please call (425)521-2789 or make appointment online.
